Mister Chris

Los Angeles

When he was a kid, Mister Chris learned how to be a good boy from watching shows like Sesame Street and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Then, he grew up and realized there are different rules for being a good adult. But, there are no shows teaching adults like him how to be good adults!  So, now that he has more time on his hands since his wife left him and his parole officer has mandated that he get a hobby, he decided to create Mister Chris’s Apartment Show to teach adults how to be good adults. This is it! Mister Chris created a dark kid’s comedy show for adults to help adults, just like him, to learn adult things. The show airs live on Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/misterchrissapartmentshow and allows the audience at home to interact with Mister Chris and his guests.

Kristine Levine

The neighborhood molester couldn’t be bothered to abduct her children because they’re too fat. Her sex life is an exotic journey akin to “going around the world in 80 men.” And you really don’t wantto know what the customer at the adult store did with that sausage, but you’re going to hear all the deliciously gory details.

Kristine Levine is a blonde, tattooed, proudly overweight single mother who raised three “moon-faced” kids while working as a porn clerk in Portland, OR. As a comedian, her refreshing candor and unflinching, twisted perspectives on life, love and dysfunction have earned her a reputation as a biting, brutal cross between Lenny Bruce and Roseanne Barr. From videotaping the anthropomorphic exploits of sex toys and using a co-worker’s semen to exact revenge on customers to clearing a dead body from a video booth, Kristine has seen – and done – it all and lived to tell the riotous tales.

Yet underneath her “shocking” exterior, Kristine is as genuine and disarming in real life as she is for a rollicking hour onstage. Simultaneously empowering and endearing, she gleefully plunders uncharted stand-up territory as a sweetly ambivalent Everygal who women fear yet are inexplicably drawn to and who men fear yet are inexplicably drawn to.

In addition to regularly touring both stateside and abroad, Kristine has lived in Egypt, served as a radio DJ, boasts numerous commercials and voiceovers to her name, was seen in feature stand-up documentary The Unbookables and has appeared in multiple sketches throughout each season of IFC’s Peabody and Emmy Award-winning Portlandia. Following the 2011 Seattle International Comedy Competition, 2012 saw her perform at the South By Southwest Music Festival, throughout the month of August at Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe and achieve a Guinness World Record as the first female to play 50 states in 50 days on The Biggest Tour Ever.

Praise for Kristine:

“It’s debatable whether honesty makes for the best comedy, but Levine certainly makes a damn good case for it being so by telling stories and observing motherhood, romance, and the oddities of life with the only filter being that it’s undeniably hilarious. If only all those journalists, essayists, and bloggers that continue the discourse on women being funny would see Levine, they’d probably switch their focus to how funny pornography, especially when discussed sincerely, can be.”

-The Comedy Bureau

“Stark and unapologetic dispatches from an exotic life.”

-The Guardian

“One of the few comics who doesn’t seem to gather her material via her remote control Lucky crowds had their sensibilities challenged, tested and happily bruised, black and blue.”

-The Oregonian

“Wonderful back-to-basics, take-no-prisoners stuff.”

-The Scotsman

“One of the most original comedic voices of this generation.”

-Doug Stanhope

Mishka Shubaly

After receiving an expensive MFA in Fiction from Columbia University, Mishka Shubaly promptly realized he was more interested in playing music in dive bars than writing. He lived out of a Toyota minivan for a year, touring nonstop, and has shared the stage with artists like The Strokes, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The Decemberists among others. “Bad Dreams,” a narrative published in NYPress about his romance with an opiate marked his return to writing.

His Kindle Singles for Amazon have all been bestsellers. He writes true stories about drink, drugs, disasters, desire, deception and their aftermath. His work has been praised for its grit, humor, fearlessness and heart. ‘The Long Run,’ his mini-memoir detailing his transformation from alcoholic drug abuser to sober ultrarunner is one of the best-selling Kindle Singles to date.

In 2015, Mishka released the album “Coward’s Path” on Invisible Hands Music, which has been praised by Johnny Depp, among others. His first hardcover memoir, “I Swear I’ll Make It Up to You” was released March 8th, 2016 by PublicAffairs.

Matt Ziemak

Tucson

Matt Ziemak is a young man from Tucson AZ. Like many people born in Tucson, Matt Ziemak was born in a barn. He continued to live in that barn for 18 years. While confined to such a small space he had to learn the essentials like forging for yourself, which turned out to just be watching stand up all day. Matt has done a lot in his short 3 year career. He was even a finalist in the 2016 Arizonas Funniest Comedian contest, which is cool because stand up is a contest and not really about personal preference at all! Matt’s comedy draws you in with it’s sweet outer shell and keeps you hooked with it’s inner grittiness. Kinda like a crispy M&M which I think we can all agree is the best M&M and we are grateful for M&M and the whole Mars company for bring the crispy M&M back into production. Almost as grateful as you will be to yourself for checking out Matt Ziemak.
